We're thrilled to welcome Susan Mitchell and Matthew Banks, two veteran trial attorneys, to River City Trial Solutions. With a deep understanding of what it means to be persuasive and the art of jury trials, Susan and Matt achieved great success in their careers and are widely regarded as two of the best at their craft. Their reputations are upheld by their numerous trial victories and by the gratitude of the clients they've represented. Susan and Matt now look to turn the page and embark on a new adventure with RCTS.

“I went to law school mostly for an academic curiosity. I was intrigued with the logic of why and how things are, and how law is a reflection of those things. But what that brought to my life was the privilege of helping people find their way through very stressful circumstances, whether by counseling, listening, advising, or advocating. I am very excited to transition to a consulting position at RCTS to give whatever I can to assist those who are in the trenches providing that type of help to their clients.”
Furthering Our Mission.
Susan and Matt will serve as integral team members, assisting with the development and execution of all services across the board. We will incorporate their insight into our focus group and mock trial strategies, conceptualization of demonstratives, theme and narrative development, and much more. They will become unique assets to our signature consulting service, JuryDeploy, and help RCTS "battle test" cases within the model. Furthermore, we are excited to introduce a new line of witness preparation services designed through a collaborative effort with Susan and Matt.
Our mission remains the same, "to be the indispensable partner for trial attorneys,” and with this move we continue to push the boundaries of our industry.
